We are so excited to present our very first Camp and Feast event! We will be camping at Indian Lake State Forest at their new group camping site from Friday October 18th evening until the afternoon of Sunday October 20th. Our naturalist tour guides will be taking you on two different educational ecotour hikes during this event, one during the day and one at night where we will be more likely to see wildlife. Your ticket includes park admission, parking, campsite rental, both ecotours, and several meals prepared by our phenomenal chef team, Bon Voisin Chef.
The schedule for this event is as follows:
Friday October 18th:
Arrive to set up camp at 4:30pm
Dinner and snack will be served around 5:30pm.
We will have a campfire, feel free to bring instruments and spooky stories!
Saturday October 19th:
Breakfast and coffee around 8am
EcoTour Hike around Indian Lake State Forest -Approximately 2-3 hours long, starting at 9:30am
Day-use of Indian lake until dinner time -A great time to go fishing at Indian Lake! (Fishing poles not included)
Dinner at camp around 5:30pm Night Hike to Indian Lake Graveyard starting at 7pm Camp Fire upon return to campsite.
Sunday October 20th: Breakfast and coffee served at 8am
Lunch Served at 10am
Pack up camp, check out at 11:30.
You must bring your own tent, headlamp and bedding to this event. We will provide water and some sodas for beverages, but plan to bring any other beverages you may want during your stay. We are thrilled to enjoy a weekend with you all exploring the woods and teaching you about Floridas natural wonders while enjoying delicious meals!
