Free Meditation Group This meditation group will be doing simple yet profound meditations that will improve one’s health – mentally, physically and spiritually.
Many people believe that they simply cannot meditate, and that is simply untrue. It is a matter of brain training. We’ve allowed our brains to run around like unruly toddlers for years and then suddenly expect to be able to meditate. This is unrealistic. This group will be a safe landing space to explore and learn.
Other people know how vital meditation is for health (even doctors are prescribing it!) yet they don’t set aside the time to do it because we all have busy lives. This group is perfect for them as well, as it will give dedicated space and time for them to engage in that part of themselves and their lives.
