Step into the realm of serenity with our Graceful Stretching Series available in person and on Zoom! AIHOM Practitioner DeNaya Wilkerson will guide participants through various stretches and joint mobility exercises covering the whole body, transforming it into a dance of simple everyday movements. Embrace the beauty of consistent learning as we teach the same sequence throughout the month. This class involves getting up and down so we recommend a mat, blocks, stretch strap or belt (to help reach toes), water, towel/pillow to cushion joints, hips, knees, or back. Extra mats and blocks are available.
