IHMC May Lecture

We are looking forward to having Brent Venable with us on Thursday, May 15th for our last lecture of the season! Hard to believe how fast this spring has come and gone.

Dr. Venable’s  lecture, “Machines Thinking Fast and Slow, How the Way We Think is Shaping Smarter AI”, will explore how insights from duel-system theories of human cognition can help us build smarter, more adaptable AI.

This system offers a framework for understanding the next generation of intelligent systems- machines that can reason, reflect, and react, all in the flow of thought.
