Leadership Effectiveness Workshop

In this workshop, Sydney will share Leadership Embodiment^® concepts, tools and practices to help you become a more effective leader.  She will help you see how the way you react in certain situations can derail your effectiveness, and then guide you in practices that will allow you to quickly reconnect with wisdom, strengths and abilities, especially in difficult and stressful situations.  At the end of this session, you will…

• Manage stress and conflict with greater ease and skill

• Develop simple practices to find stability amid constant change

• Project a more authentic and confident leadership presence

• Bridge the gap between what you know you “should” do and what you actually do in stressful situations

• Increase your capacity and ability to be powerful and effective when situations or feedback strike a nerve
