Super Tuned In is a gentle, immersive workshop
designed to help participants reconnect with the moment through a blend
of mindfulness, music, simple art techniques, and reflective journaling.
Together, Arts in Health Practitioners, Loretta Bell and Becky Hudson
will guide attendees through approachable tools that can be used anytime,
anywhere to bring awareness back to the here and now.
This FREE, two-hour workshop, funded by the MCA
Cultural Grant, is perfect for anyone who wants to explore mindfulness, music,
intuitive artmaking, and journaling. All materials are provided. This workshop
is open to everyone ages 12 and
up.
