Art Heist

MAX’s infamous Art Heist fundraiser returns on Sept 26th at 6pm! Get your chance to “steal” an original piece of art, while raising money to support the local emerging artists!

How it works:

Every player walks away with one piece of art. The question is—which one?

Tickets are drawn one at a time, with each drawing beginning a new round of play. On your turn, claim any unclaimed piece of art off the wall—or steal one already claimed!

A steal triggers a Showdown. The original claimant may pay $50 to steal it back; you may then pay $50 to resteal. Play continues back and forth in $50 increments until someone concedes. The loser must then claim an unclaimed piece or start another Showdown.

Once all claims are resolved, the next ticket is drawn.

You may hold only one claim at a time, and nothing is safe until the final round ends.

Admission is free. Tickets to play start at $25 and will be available for purchase at the door.
