Grated and Cured

Hi! We’re Tracy and Beth, lifelong friends and native Floridians. Grated & Cured was created as a way to combine our experience in customer service, marketing, and event management with our love for all things local, unique, and delicious.​

Grated & Cured specializes in locally sourced, curated charcuterie boards, grazing boxes, and charcuterie workshops, which we call Boarding School. We especially love creating custom themes and seasonal treats. If you can think it, we can build it!
