April’s First Friday Artwalk

April’s First Friday Artwalk kicked off with the MCA opening of “UpCycled: Turning Waste into Wonder.” This show had the patrons really looking at the art in a much more curious way than usual! All of the pieces were made from found objects, many of which were salvaged from the landfill in partnership with sponsor Florida Express Environmental, who are passionate about recycling. Right outside Hip Hop Jazz Courtyard James by Sean T-Music Global entertained art-walkers. A good crowd came out to stroll through the artwalk and enjoyed live music on the square from the Larry Newcomb Quartet.
